Closed in the Barracks, Sentenced to Life
Type: interactive outdoor exhibition in the memory of Hungarians who were prisoners in the GULAG
Objective: to create an installation at a public square in frames of the memorial year for GULAG victims which presents one of the tragedies of the 20th century involving nearly 800,000 Hungarians between 1945 and 1960 in an eye-catching and clear way. The mission of the exhibition was to take history out from the museum environment and deliver it to people.
Solution: to reach the involvement of people, we created an outdoor installation offering physical proximity with the subject for those interested when entering the object. The GULAG is emblematically represented by a contemporary barrack building. The large-scale building-installation is completed by twelve pairs of lenticular photos and the related descriptions. The pairs of photos touched upon the dimensions of the past, present, and future, thus creating a positive perspective. The installation was open for the public in Budapest and seven towns in the country.

Agro Inno Show
Type: high-tech agricultural show
Objective: to create the highest quality and most spectacular agro-innovation conference and show ever organised in Hungary
Solution: after through preparation, we set up a 1,000 sqm presentation area in the marketplace of Dunaföldvár, where guests could attend lectures which utilised a state-of-the-art stage mapping technology. We created the projected content in close cooperation with the client, and adapted it to that of the presentation. The event location included a 1,400 sqm indoor hospitality and exhibition area and a 1,000 sqm outdoor area.

Appra magyar! – App development contest
Event type: professional contest and communications campaign
Objective: the creation and management of a cross-platform application development contest and the execution of the related events
Solution: working for our client IVSZ in co-operation with LWp Communications, we created and managed the first Hungarian cross-platform app-development contest. Our duties included the design of the contest’s image, creation of the communications campaign and the cost-effective management of the high quality event. We also had to select the members of the judging panel and develop the website for the entries.

Budafok Wine Festival
Event type: mass event
Objective: re-positioning of the event as the 2nd largest – yet family-friendly – wine festival of the country.
Solution: continuous co-operation with the Budafoki Dohnányi Zenekar to renew the biggest event of South-Buda. Our goal was to offer a people-friendly alternative to wine enthusiasts, with a fresh image, colorful programmes, 3 pop music stages and over 100 artisans.

Cisco Connect
Event type: mass event, multiple-day professional conference
Objective: creating and realizing the annual meeting of networked informatics professionals and positioning Cisco as the leading IT company in the field.
Solution: we are proud of the fact that the concept of Cisco Expo and later Cisco Connect comes from Hungary. We are proud that the partners of our agency had a pivotal part in it, as we were the ones to organize the top IT conference in Hungary for over 10 years. The key to the success is not only managing a crowd of a 1,000 people, but the uniqueness of the expo space, turning the professional program into an infotainment event, using scenic visual technology and pioneering guest-tracking methods.

Event type: exclusive outdoor party
Objective: to create a high-quality, constantly renewing event for 1000 people
Solution: working in strategic partnership with LWp communications, we have been ensuring the background of the loyalty-building event of Cisco Hungary for over 10 years. The challenge is not only the unusually high number of participants for an open-air catering event, but the concept that has been renewed every year, as well as to find the freshest and most exciting venues year by year.

Cisco Seminars
Event type: recurring professional conference
Objective: to create and sustain a series of conferences that provides professional information as well as networking opportunities
Solution: during the creation of the conference for 100-150 people, based on the solution-architectures of Cisco Hungary, our goal was to create a reliable and quality environment for reliable and quality content. Our duties also included coordinating with event support as well as the corresponding administrative work.

DDGS Forum
Event type: international professional conference
Objective: organize a trendsetting event that is of high quality as well as sustainable
Solution: DDGS is a premium grade fodder created as a byproduct of bio-ethanol production, the popularity of which is facing a boom. With the professional support of Pannonia Ethanol, our tasks ranged from international registration to the scenic realization of the conference as well as the organisation of the evening entertainment and weekend leisure activities.

HP Innovart
Event type: kick-off partner meeting and cultural event
Objective: to create a networking event that has a message of quality culture and that helps the positioning of the brand.
Solution: we recommended that HP opens a motivational scholarship for artists. We presented the 9 best entries during a special kick-off partner meeting, where the brand messages – as per the client's request – were linked to the sponsorship of pioneering domestic art projects, thereby positioning the brand for its clients and partners.

Handover of the EU presidency
Event type: VIP protocol event
Objective: execution of the official handover ceremony of the European Union's current presidency
Solution: while keeping the protocol, we created and executed a program-, and visual concept that is innovative, but respects the spirit of the EU. This concept represents the unity of Hungary and the Union while enriching the country’s image.

Infotér conference
Event type: multiple day mass conference in the countryside
Objective: to execute a conference for 1,000 people providing them with both entertainment and lodging
Solution: the attendance of this conference with a 5-year history exceeded 1,200 in 2014. We had to implement quite several unique solutions to manage this crowd, including the development of a unique registration platform that allowed room reservations in any of a dozen hotels, a shuttle service connecting all venues, the installation of a 400 square meter heated lounge marquee in the hotel courtyard and the management of several unique sponsor programs.

K&H Ready-Set-Cash! Contest
Event type: thematic contest-series for kids
Objective: the management of K&H Bank's brand building contest-series aimed to teach kids about finances
Solution: as a subsidiary of LWp Kommunikáció our duties included the selection of Budapest and countryside venues, the technical direction and management of semi-finals and finals as well as the 360 logistics services of the events.

Mercedes-Benz family day
Event type: mass family event
Objective: creating a quality meeting opportunity for the workers and families of the Kecskemét Mercedes-Benz factory
Solution: Not only did we have to take care of the registration and crowd control of several thousand guests, but we also had to organize stage performances and activities, create safe routes for the factory visit programme and plan the construction works without interfering with the safe and timely operations at the plant.

Mercedes-Benz car shows
Event type: press and protocol events
Objective: planning and execution of the introduction of the Mercedes-Benz CLA and CLA Shooting Brake type, by the operational assembly line.
Solution: the biggest challenge was the method of the great unveiling as well as a spectacular display that can be set up and taken down in 5 minutes and does not hinder assembly operations. Beyond the planning of the introduction, we had to facilitate the coordination of the programme of the press event as well as the entire event between our client and the Prime Minister's staff.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week CE
Event type: fashion show, networking event
Objective: to technically realise the largest fashion show of the region, improve on last year’s quality and further streamline execution
Solution: the greatest challenge of the project was to harmonise and co-ordinate the various programmes and participants in space and time. Given the fact that the available floor-space was smaller than the previous year, the 36-hour installation process was preceded by months of consultation work, painstaking checks down to the very last centimetre and dozens of walkthroughs. Our common objective with our client, Design Terminál was to ensure that the guests of the 19 shows are admitted promptly and that all shows commence on time. Feedback on the Fashion Week we jointly organised, put the event as the best such quality programme in Hungary, ever.

Microsoft Windows StílShow
Event type: crossover infotainment event and communications campaign
Objective: to re-position Microsoft in Hungary as a trendy brand
Solution: within a complex communications campaign in integration with LWp Kommunikáció, we tapped Hungarian designer teams to design collections for devices running Microsoft Windows. Stylist Márk Lakatos was a contributor to designing the style and image of the event. The innovative concept was complemented by the unusual venue as well as the progressive stage mapping.

Symantec New Year's Eve concert
Event type: kick-off partner meeting and cultural event
Objective: the revival and renewal of a trendsetting classical music event.
Solution: together with LWp Communications and the Dohnányi Ernő Szimfonikus Zenekar we started the tradition of the year's first IT kick-off party for Sun Microsystems 15 years ago. In 2012 we revived the event in a new form for our client, Symantec. Beyond the image and creative musical concept, our tasks included the coordination of the event in co-operation with the sponsors as well as the development and implementation of the complex registration system.

Takata ground breaking
Event type: ground breaking protocol event
Objective: the quality execution of a factory foundation stone ceremony attended by the Prime Minister
Solution: we had 3 weeks post-brief to design and execute the foundation stone ceremony of the plant near Miskolc. We had to set up a quality, heated, glass-wall marquee, create the stage design, compile the program of the protocol event and arrange for the procurement and security of the accessories and the venue.

TLC snowglobe
Event type: open air installation and promotion
Objective: boosting TLC's brand awareness in the Christmas period with a unique, outdoor activity
Solution: we created a unique, 4-meter diameter working snowglobe in a central location of Budapest that any passer-by could activate during a 4-day period. The installation was advertised by hostess promotions in 4 places at once. The teasing communication and the corresponding media event were organized in co-operation with LWp Communications.
