Agro Inno Show – Pannonia Bio
Type: high-tech agricultural show
Task: To create the highest quality and most spectacular agro-innovation conference and show ever organized in Hungary.
Solution: After thorough preparation, we set up a 1,000 sqm presentation area in the marketplace of Dunaföldvár, where guests could attend presentations which utilised a state-of-the-art stage mapping technology. We created the projected content in close cooperation with the client, and adapted it to that of the presentation. The event location included a 1,400 sqm indoor hospitality and exhibition area and a 1,000 sqm outdoor area.

Central European Fashion Week 2015-20
Type: fashion show, networking event
Task: To technically execute the largest regional fashion show, to improve on last year’s quality and further streamline execution.
Solution: The greatest challenge of the project was to harmonise and co-ordinate the various programmes and participants in relation to space and time. We organised the Central European Fashion Week together with, first with Design Terminal and now with the Hungarian Fashion and Design Agency. The most important was to always find the best venue and event design for any special requirements within the fashion industry and to combine this with a high level of organisation.

Brain Bar 2016-20
Type: Europe’s future festival // 2 day business conference about the future
Task: We had to design the format of a complex, unique and trend-setting event that entirely redefines the framework of classical conferences.
Solution – Creating distinctive sites: We totally reformed the venues:
- from a university hall we made a jungle arena with bleachers
- we rearranged an upstairs court into a secret garden
- from an open air tent installation we made a futuristic job fair.
Our main decor element was nature: we composed brand new spaces from live grass, trees and flowers, interactive stages with great visuals, and strong emphasis on the engagement of the guests. The project won the Kreatív LolliPOP award in 2016 and 2018.

Budafok Champaign and Wine Festival
Type: public multicultural event
Task: Reposition the event as the 2nd biggest family focused wine festival.
Solution: The festival is constantly growing and always manage to maintain the friendly and familiar image it upholds. The number of visitors and area of the event multiplied as an outcome of a process continuing for over half a decade. With four themed music stages, numerous family programmes, quality of choice gastronomy and over 40 wineries and 150 craft traders, the widely popular event remains top-scale.
As an event with an excellent ambiance, it is widely known well beyond the local dimension.

Cisco Conferences
Type: recurring professional conferences
Task: To create and sustain a series of conferences for over 15 years that constantly renews both in concept and content.
Solution: Like the IT sector itself, IT events are also in constant change. Cisco’s events are always pioneering and defining: The Cisco Expo was one of the most important events in the Hungarian IT sector. In it’s place we developed the recurring tech seminar called Techtorial, which took place online in 2020-21.
We developed countless groundbreaking solutions: we were the first in Hungary to use a projected hologram in a video conference, and we also built a custom made IT escape room.

Cisco Summer Eve Partner Meetings
Type: exclusive outdoor party
Task: To create a high-quality, constantly renewing event for 1000 people.
Solution: Working in strategic partnership with LWp Communications, we have been ensuring the background work for the loyalty-building event of Cisco Hungary for over 15 years. The challenge is not only the unusually high number of participants in an open-air catering event, but the yearly renewed concept and finding the freshest and most exciting venues accordingly.

Design 360 Budapest – HFDA
Type: exhibition and side events
Task: Organising a premium design exhibition at a unique venue and organising related side events.
Solution: We implemented the project at a ruined store where we exhibitioned unique Hungarian design products. The project was assigned to us by the Hungarian Fashion and Design Agency. We rebuilt and reinstalled the entire venue to fit our client’s needs. We ensured guest adherence to the COVID 19 safety protocols – we limited the number of guests with the required pre-registration and manufactured branded masks.
The project received 4 awards in total from the Eventex and A’ Design Award competitions.

EMMI ÉrtékPlacc – Value Market
Type: 2 day conference and family day
Task: Assigned to us by EMMI (Ministry of Human Capacities) to plan and execute an exceptionally high quality event.
Solution: Our client’s most important need was to renew their events with one main concept in focus: To show how value creating and community building influences the national economy. The first event was ÉrtékPlacc wich took place in early 2020.
On the first day, we organized an international conference and on the second, we planned a family day. Persons with reduced capacity to work were at the event both as guests and as exhibitors, as well as the companies, foundations, and the national institutions whose help is crucial in order to integrate those with special needs into the job market.

Type: partner meeting events and cultural events, crossover events
Task: Creating networking and informative and entertaining events with strong and unique cultural elements to help brand positioning.
Solution: Our agency specialises in these types of events. For over a decade, we have organised concerts for Sun and Symantec featuring the Dohnányi band. For HP, we developed a cultural scholarship and showcased finalists’ artwork at a partner event. For more then 10 years, we have also made a traditional partnership with Cisco’s theatre nights. We paired Microsoft products with Hungarian fashion designers, collections and presented the newest gadgets trough a fashion show.

Europe’s future – V4 presidential summit
Type: protocol event
Task: Planing and implementing the venue for the V4 presidential summit.
Solution: Building of a high quality and modern site with professional decor and audio, visual technics. The key for successful execution was constant communication with the involved parties and ministries. Our tasks also involved the registration, orientation and catering for attendees.

Highlights of Hungary 2021
Task: The popular award show was re-established in 2020 and we took it to another level in 2021. Implementation was challenging due to the pandemic.
Solution: We planned this hybrid event at the extraordinary Eiffel Műhelyház, the scenery was created by the well-known filming director and visual designer Miki357. The final look was spectacular, both at the live event and online.

HUNGAstRY 2017-2019
Type: a music and gastronomy festival in Brussels
Task: Plan and realize a recurring cultural and gastronomy related festival in Brussels that aims to showcase Hungary’s varied culture for the local residents.
Solution: We partnered with both Hungarian and Belgian subcontractors for the festival. Seperate from the main stage, attendees had ample opportunity for fun: they could try their hands at different crafts and sports or could even taste the world famous Hungarian couisine at food stalls. The festival’s main attraction was the artisan and catering vendors who exhibited Hungary’s traditional dishes, wines and other culturally relevant products.

Infotér conference 2011 – 2016
Type: mass, multiple day conference in the countryside
Task: To create a conference for 1000 people with entertainment and accommodation.
Solution: The attendance of the conference started 5 years ago and exceeded 1200 in 2014. We had to implement unique solutions to manage the crowd, where we developed a unique registration platform that allowed room reservations across a dozen hotels, we built a shuttle service pipeline connecting all venues, building of a 400 square meter heated lounge in the hotel courtyard and offered several unique sponsorship programs.

K&H Ready, Set, Cash! Quiz Show
Type: themed quiz show aimed at children
Task: Reinforcing the K&H Bank brand through the likes of a recurring quiz show focused on financial awareness.
Solution: Assigned by LWp Communications, our main objective was to find different venues for the quiz show’s semifinals and the final, while maintaining the same sufficient, high quality standards. The final was a TV show-like program where we provided the professional technical and organisational expertise. The logistics for the series of the events was also handled by us.

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing family day
Type: mass family event
Task: Creating a high-quality meeting opportunity for the workers and families of Kecskemét’s Mercedes-Benz factory.
Solution: We not only had to take care of the registration and crowd control of several thousand guests, we also had to organize stage performers and activities, as well as the creation of safe routes for the factory visit and the planning of construction that did not interfere with safety and timely operations at the plant. We have organised the Family Day 3 times: 2012, 2015 and 2017.

Mercedes-Benz model showcase & partner meetings
Type: exclusive reception party and car showcase
Task: The exhibition of the new A-class and the new CLA-class for the most prominent partners of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing.
Solution: MBMH new model roll-outs and partner meetings happened at around the same time in both 2018 and 2019. This gave us a great opportunity to organise a unique and extravagant client party. Alongside the light show we used kinetic balls, a hologram projection and other high tech decorational elements – like using the factory’s robots to serve the dinner.

Ground breaking of the spa complex of Miskolctapolca
Type: ground breaking event with media attendance
Task: Organize the placement of a representative foundation stone at the construction site.
Solution: The event was executed in a huge tent in the middle of the construction site surrounded by containers. The tent was custom designed with countless creative and representative decoral elements to fit the spa’s brand. The main event was followed by a reception at the spa’s main building with a diverse set of dishes.

OMV partner meeting and gala 2019
Type: professional conference and gala diner with a unique show
Task: Yearly conference for the renters of OMV’s service stations with a gala diner.
Solution: It was a challenge to find the ideal venue that was a perfect fit for a gala dinner as well as a spectacular live show. As the guests came from all walks of life, we arranged an eye-catching and unique show including a laser show, a dance performance and a live music concert so everyone was able to find their own form of entertainment.

TLC loyalty building customer event
Type: open air installation and promotion
Task: Boosting TLC’s brand awareness in the Christmas period with a unique outdoor activity.
Solution: We created a unique, 4m. diameter working snow globe in a central location of Budapest, that any passer-by could activate at the push of a button during a 4-day period. The installation was advertised through a strategic hostess campaign active at 5 locations at once.
